Challenge

Falcony needed a partner to develop scalable reporting solutions on top of their SaaS platform. The AWS database provided the data, but customers needed user-friendly, ready-made report templates.

Solution

We built a standardized Power BI template collection that is easily deployable for all Falcony customers. The solution includes audit and observation dashboards, ESG reporting (CSRD/ESRS), customer satisfaction & NPS, and risk management.

Results

Challenge

Mexlink wanted to transform years of expertise in machinist skills assessment into a scalable digital product that serves small machine shops and large organizations alike.

Solution

We developed a Power BI solution where an API transfers data in real time from the collection platform to the report. Row-Level Security (RLS) enables a single report template for all customers. A multilingual Power BI Embedded demo (FI/EN/SV/DE) was embedded directly into Mexlink's online store.
