What this assumes
Figures come from our own pricing research, published in full in the embedded analytics pricing guide. Build costs assume one report design reused across customers rather than bespoke work per customer. Per-seat pricing uses a typical viewer licence at €15 per user per month billed annually. The enterprise platform row reflects list pricing for a capacity that comfortably serves customer-facing reporting.
Not included in any column: your own sales and support time, the data engineering to get clean data in the first place, and the opportunity cost of engineers building reports instead of your product.
