Challenge
Falcony wants to offer its customers increasingly better tools for data analysis and visualization. Although their Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud database provides customers with access to data, a partner was needed to build user-friendly and versatile reporting solutions. The Power BI Template-based approach developed in collaboration with BI-Asiantuntijat brought ready-made data models and visualizations available to all customers.

- Inspections & Observations: A comprehensive view of inspections and observations made within the organization. The report visualizes the development on a timeline view, enables comparison to the previous year, and displays observation categories and inspection template scores.
- ESG Reporting: The ESG Power BI Dashboard has been developed to meet the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction & NPS: The Power BI solution combines both Net Promoter Score metrics and broader customer satisfaction surveys on the same report.
- Risk Management: The risk management Power BI solution utilizes custom visualizations we developed for presenting the risk matrix.
- Safety Management: A comprehensive safety overview that tracks key safety metrics such as Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and Medical Treatment Case Frequency Rate (MTCFR).
- Tenant Experience: A complete property management solution that combines Falcony's observation system and Caverion's Pelsu system data through API integration. The report provides landlords with a real-time view of tenant notifications, maintenance requests, and Pelsu system usage.
